GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
To confirm your reservation, we require payment of the full amount of your stay.
Payment is now made online through our Payzen platform, a secure payment method guaranteed by OSB (Océanienne des Services Bancaires) of French Polynesia.
The reservation will be confirmed by email once payment is received. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the desired dates for your stay will be released.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds are granted for cancellation requests made 30 days prior to your arrival date. No refunds will be granted if your cancellation request is made less than 30 days before your arrival date.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer, with transaction fees (local and international) at your expense. We invite you to consult your bank for any information regarding fees and procedures.
CLEANING FEES AND TOURIST TAX:
Cleaning fees and tourist taxes are due at the time of booking payment.
Cleaning is done once after your check-out. The amount of cleaning fees depends on each property. The price is fixed.
If you wish to have cleaning done during your stay, please send us a request 24 hours in advance. If we accept, the cleaning will be charged extra. You can contact our concierge to find out the amount of our cleaning fees.
The tourist tax is levied in accordance with current regulations. As of January 1, 2023, it is 50 XPF per person per night. The amount of this tourist tax will be declared and paid to the municipality of BORA BORA. It may be subject to change to comply with regulations.
FORMALITIES:
Upon arrival, you will need to complete and sign formalities in case of damage caused during your stay.
Any damage that occurs in the property must be reported immediately to our concierge and will be billed at cost.
Your ID may be requested if needed for administrative formalities.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is set at 3 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
For early check-in or late check-out, please inquire with our concierge. Your requests will be processed according to the availability of the property in question and may be subject to additional payment.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
Inquire with our concierge for luggage drop-off if needed.
TRANSPORTATION:
To get to your accommodation, our concierge can assist you in organizing a transfer by a private transporter. As BORA BORA airport is located on an islet, you will need to take your airline's shuttle to get to the main island. From there, your private transporter will be waiting to take you to your accommodation.

SERVICES:
Are you celebrating a special event? Want to make a surprise? We offer à la carte services: setting up floral decorations, a fruit platter, a bottle of champagne or wine, balloons...
Would you like to enjoy your morning and have a breakfast basket delivered? We can also provide shopping and delivery services.
Any request must be made at least 2 weeks before your arrival. Indeed, we are on an island, and we want to be sure to have enough time to stock up if necessary on Tahiti, the capital island of French Polynesia.

Each rented property has a fire extinguisher checked by an approved organization in French Polynesia. To find out its location, please inquire with our concierge before your arrival or at check-in.
The rented properties do not have a first aid kit. We have only one pharmacy on the island. It is located in Vaitape.

The financial guarantee specifically allocated to the reimbursement of funds, effects or values deposited with the real estate agent is an amount of: 5,000,000 F CFP issued by Mrs. Laïza WAGNER and Stéphanie MARSOT of Banque Polynésie.
BORA BORA REAL ESTATE is insured for REAL ESTATE AGENT liability with GENERALI Insurances under number AS021649.
Our real estate agency is located in Vaitape, across from the town hall, in the corner of the building on the mountain side.
Insurances:
We recommend that you take out travel insurance or any other insurance you deem useful for the duration of your stay.
In case of damage, damage to property, fire, theft, or other loss, the property owner or the real estate agency Bora Bora Real Estate may request compensation from your insurer or, in case of refusal by your insurer, the payment of the damage will be your responsibility.
Theft/Damage:
Any theft of property or personal belongings that occurs during your stay is not the responsibility of BORA BORA REAL ESTATE, even if some information on our part was omitted (e.g. operation of an alarm if it exists...) or even in the case of a break-in of the rented property. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your belongings as well as the rented property during your stay. By "rented property" we mean also the materials, furniture, paintings, and all equipment/materials rented with the property. So be sure not to leave anything valuable and lock the rented property during your absence.
Natural Disasters/Riots/Strikes:
In case of natural risk, natural disaster, riot, strike, epidemic or pandemic occurring during your stay or an event independent of BORA BORA REAL ESTATE's activity, no refund will be granted even in the case of a general evacuation order given by the competent authorities.
Disputes:
Any dispute arising from a reservation or the start of a reservation will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in French Polynesia.
Acceptance:
By booking a property with Bora Bora Real Estate under the commercial brand Bora Bora Enjoy, you confirm that you have read and accepted our general terms and conditions and general information above.
